New Features for Haas Post Processors

The first RI Library post is going live soon. Our Haas VF Mill post covers Haas mills from VF2 Classic to UMC. Library posts are competitively priced and include support and training. After subscribing, your company will have access to backup versions, new releases, and more. Remember, Bespoke posts are available upon request. Here is a rundown of just a few of the features in the RI Library Haas Universal Post, use our Contact page to get more details. All posts are hand-built in the USA!:

• UDE selects 3ax, 4ax, VF or UMC 5ax.

• safety checks

• MCS box can be numbered 1-6 or 54-59, 5401-5499 for external offsets.

• O# generated from last 4 non-zero digits of the part number, if part number is blank it will pull from Group name. (for example,1134227 Rev 3 Op1 would become O2731), 9XXX programs become 8XXX

• Auto Rapid Unwind where supported, if rotary exceeds certain limit

• Auto DWO/TCPC where supported, omitted when rotary zero

• 99% parameterized - less “MOM_output_literal M33”, more custom boxes in Post Configurator to change G/M codes at will.
